Is It Ok To Ship Item With Buyer Is No Longer Registered User With Ebay

Buyer paid for item - at present "No longer a registered user." Safety to ship?

I had a buyer purchase and immediately pay for an item. I printed the aircraft label, packed the detail, and so went to leave feedback on the buyer possibly twenty-30 minutes subsequently they had paid. Went to submit positive feedback and got hit with "User no longer registered, can't leave feedback." I checked their business relationship and it indeed says no longer registered. They have 110+ feedback, 100% positive, been a member since 2000s, so it's not like they're a brand new account. Since they already paid, is it safety to transport or could I get into problem hither somehow?
